In order to continue to offer online music instruction to our students, The following polices need to be understood, agreed to and practiced.

BY CLICKING ON THE LINK BELOW, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES OF THE TIMPO SCHOOL OF MUSIC.

1.  TIMPO SCHOOL OF MUSIC/TIMOTHY K. POPE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL LESSONS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS, A WRITTEN EXPLANATION WILL BE MAILED TO THE STUDENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION and CONTACT WILL BE MADE WITH THE STUDENT OR PARENT, (If student is 18 or younger), TO FURTHER WORK OUT THE RESCHEDULING & FINALIZATION OF THE SCHEDULING DETAILS .

2.   ALL VISUAL, AUDIO, & WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE THE PROPERTY OF TIMPO MUSIC FOR USE ONLY BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. ANY REPRODUCTION OR DISTRIBUTION WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF TIMPO MUSIC OR TIMOTHY K. POPE WILL BE PROSECUTED AS DEFINED BY CURRENT COPYRIGHT, FCC & RELATED LEGAL AGENCIES.

3.   FOLLOW UP LESSONS MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF PURCHASE, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUTHORIZED TIMPO SCHOOL OF MUSIC STAFF. OTHERWISE THE LESSON IN QUESTION, AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THAT LESSON, WILL BE LOST. (LESSONS ARE NOT REFUNDED.)

4.   EACH STUDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY BOOKS OR EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE COURSE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED &/Or PROVIDED BY TIMPO SCHOOL OF MUSIC .COM

5.   DUE TO TIM’S PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS, HE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO ANY SCHEDULED LESSON WITH NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION. (In the event of this occurrence, Communication with the student or parent will be made before schedule changes are made permanent & binding).

6.  TIMPO MUSIC/TIM POPE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SUCCESS OF ANY STUDENT. (The Success of each student is based on the diligence of that student). The Drum Set/Percussion Course has a track record for Higher degrees of notable "Success" for those students who have diligently worked on the materials presented to them in the course and have finished the coarse while achieving the higher standards set by Timpo School of Music and the Drum Set/Percussion instructor, Timothy K. Pope.

All FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES MUST BE PAID TO TIMPO SCHOOL OF MUSIC BEFORE LESSONS CAN BE GIVEN TO ANY STUDENT.
